If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flocksentials.org with your order number and photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Minor wear to the outer shipping box that does not affect the sealed product inside is not considered damage.

We designed our blend to support balanced nutrition without relying on excess fatty ingredients that are commonly found in traditional bird seed mixes. Fatty seeds and nuts should be offered as treats only.

Yes. The dehydrated vegetables are carefully cut to an appropriate size to help promote safe eating habits for smaller birds.

Birds can take time adjusting to a new food blend, especially if they’re used to traditional seed mixes. We recommend slowly mixing the new food with their current food over time, gradually increasing the amount each day. Some birds adjust quickly, while others may take weeks or even months, so patience and consistency are important during the transition process. 

Most small birds do well with about 1–2 teaspoons daily. For optimal nutrition, we recommend supplementing with a high-quality pellet diet along with fresh food and clean water every day. 

For maximum freshness, store the bag sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. It is best used within 6 months.
